Prescription Ordering Direct (POD)

This is a service where you can telephone the POD to request your regular medications. Please note 7 workings days is required when requesting medication. Please call
Call 0333 332 0050 between 9am and 5pm every weekday, excluding bank holidays (the service is not open at weekends) or alternatively email bswccg.podemergency@nhs.net.
Please avoid calling on Monday’s as this will be a peak time. We have been advised that later in the week will be quieter and your call should be answered more promptly.
Online Services
Patients are now able to download the NHS App to access online services and order their repeats quickly and easily.
If you do not have a SmartPhone you will need to order using POD (Prescription Ordering Direct) by calling 0333 332 0050 between 9am and 5pm every weekday or by emailing bswccg.podemergency@nhs.net.
